What Is a Deep Energetic Braid?
🜃 Bone
A remembrance to understand the body’s intelligence through multidimensional awareness
There comes a moment on the awakening path when the body begins to speak more loudly than the mind.
Through tension, fatigue, tears that rise without story — something inside starts to unwind.
This remembrance is for that moment.
For when you can feel your body doing something… but you can’t quite name what it is.
The Architecture of a Braid
A deep energetic braid is a tightly woven imprint that lives in the body and field — made of emotional memory, ancestral patterning, karmic loops, soul contracts, and collective conditioning.
It’s not a mistake.
It’s protective intelligence.
Braids form when something once felt too big, too unsafe, or too undefined to process. So the body, in its mercy, weaves it into a knot — holding it until you’re ready to meet it consciously.
Most braids are made of 4–6 interwoven strands:
Emotional memory — grief, rage, heartbreak stored in fascia, tissue, and bone.
Ancestral patterning — vows of silence, control, or sacrifice encoded epigenetically.
Past-life echoes — moments of persecution or loss tied to your spiritual gifts.
Karmic cycles — relational loops replaying until their wisdom is embodied.
Collective overlays — programs like “If I’m not producing, I’m not valuable.”
Body’s survival adaptations — postures, breath patterns, or tension that kept you safe.
Each braid is a multidimensional weave of everything you’ve ever lived — this life and others.
How Braids Feel in the Body
You might recognize them through lived sensation:
Tightness in the throat or jaw when you want to speak.
Fatigue after emotional openness.
Back pain that flares during boundary work.
Sudden waves of sadness or heat with no apparent cause.
This isn’t dysfunction.
It’s data.
Your body is unbraiding — releasing old frequencies back into flow.
Common Braids We Carry
Voice suppression → throat constriction, fear of being misunderstood.
Self-worth wounds → overgiving, invisibility, imposter syndrome.
Priestess wounds → fear of power or persecution.
Sexual shame → numbness or disconnection from desire.
Savior/Martyr imprint → over-responsibility, resistance to receiving.
Each braid has its own story — but all share one purpose: to protect until you are safe enough to expand.
The Process of Unbraiding
Unbraiding begins when your system finally feels safe. Often it’s triggered by a deep healing session, a soul mirror (lover, client, teacher), or when the body reaches capacity.
Symptoms of unbraiding may include:
Emotional waves or spontaneous tears
Tension in hips, spine, womb, or throat
Tremors, heat, or shivering
Vivid dreams or overlapping timelines
Feeling both exhausted and more alive than ever
This isn’t regression — it’s rewiring in real time.
When a Braid Has Cleared
You’ll know because:
The old story loses its emotional charge.
The looped behavior ends naturally.
The body feels open where it was once tight.
You breathe deeper without effort.
You respond instead of react.
A trigger no longer hooks you — it passes through.
A new coherence arises. You can sense more of your own essence moving through.
The Technology of the Body
Your body isn’t just a vessel — it’s divine technology.
Your fascia is an antenna.
Your breath is an electrical current.
Your posture is a memory bank.
Your voice is a tuning fork for truth.
When you understand this, you stop trying to “fix” yourself and start listening.
Each knot that unravels is not a problem — it’s a memory returning to wholeness.
A braid is how your system stored energy.
Unbraiding is how your system remembers God.
Remembrance
My body is intelligent.
My sensations are communication.
I honor every knot as a story of protection.I no longer fear the unwinding.
I trust the unbraiding as the way home.
